In many ways this is a watershed year for the juniors in AP photo. They have begun to find their visual voice and to photograph with intent. They are learning to see photographically. They are discovering that the finest photographs come from the heart, the intellect and their passions. They are learning to embrace serendipity, realizing that a moment of discovery is often worth hours of research.
